Summary of fees payable for individual vaccinations & consultations

If you wish to proceed with the single vaccines, please make an appointment by contacting my secretary by phone or e-mail. PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILD'S HEALTH BOOK TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS, as I like to write down the batch numbers of the vaccines for your and your GP's information.

Costs are as follows:  

Registration Fee -  £30
Measles - £70 (egg-free measles £90)
Rubella - £70
Mumps - £110

Please note the following:

a) Fees may change if the costs of the vaccines change. If the price of the vaccine changes, you will be required, should you agree to continue, to pay that fee at the appointment.

b) You are free to withdraw from the single vaccine course at any stage, but I will not reimburse you for appointments or vaccines already received.

c) The registration fee is non-refundable. If your child is ill when the vaccine is due, provided you contact us to re-arrange the appointment, there will be no penalty. If you fail to attend for an appointment otherwise, you will forfeit your registration fee.

d) Please send a cheque for 30 payable to Dr Parry to 27 Oaks Drive, Colchester, Essex CO3 3QZ. Or You can pay by card by contacting my secretary on 01206 560640. Once your first appointment is arranged, receipt of your 30 confirms it without the need for further communication. You do NOT need to send any money in advance of further appointments.
